10/10. Downtown Auto went above and beyond to help us get rid of an old derelict RV stuck in a back yard. They were super responsive and used creative winching techniques to get that thing moving - all for a fair price. Couldn’t thank them enough!

My daughter had a tire that was losing air quickly and needed it fixed before she went to work so that she wouldn't have to be standing outside alone at midnight airing up her tire. She called several places and no one could get her in that quickly.
She called Downtown Auto Clinic and they told her to bring it down right away. They got her tire plugged and her on the road in less than 45 minutes from her call. On top of that, the price was fair.
I am so thankful that they listened to her situation and squeezed her in!

Terribly overpriced, the add on fees are ridiculous & charge for “storage” on weekends when they don’t have the ability to release the vehicle.

A huge shoutout to Adam. Answered the phone on the 2nd ring. Adam gave a reasonable time frame and was still a couple minutes early. Adam was very friendly and got a vehicle loaded up and secured in about ten minutes. That also includes the time it took for him to get the vehicle into neutral to secure it. Thanks again Adam. 07/23

Always honest and quick and straight forward with my car troubles. The service is personable. My late father trusted them and so do I. Reasonably priced and always accommodate the hours I need them to service me instead of the other way around!
