I called to make an appointment two days ago (Monday February 3rd) at around Noon. The lady on the phone was incredibly unresponsive, taking 10-15 seconds to answer simple questions or even respond at all, such as whether or not the company had availability for me to come and and file my taxes with you. Her response was that they're always available. So, walking her through how to do her own job, I stated that I had to make appointments in the past. After a grueling process, I got set up for 3:00PM that day. She never took my name down nor did she give hers.
So, I get there on time, and there was a couple ahead of me. Well, guess who ended up getting my spot. I have never experienced such incompetence with a clerk in my life. If that's what you have up front, what are you hiding in the back to do my taxes? I've been going to you guys for years, but I simply cannot trust that when you'll let just anybody work for you.

My tax person checked that I have a checking account when I only have savings and my tax return was mailed then last in the mail and the tax professionals did nothing to help me just said it was me that made the mistake. Then they refused to help me get another check until I paid $20 don't waste your money or time. Because when something goes wrong they won't help you. What's the use of paying more money for a Hnr block professional to help you if you get audited if they can't help you get a check reissued. I wouldn't even give them one star but it would let me post this unless I did

BEWARE!Worst place ever to have your taxes done they're unprofessional they don't call you at all you have to physical go in to check up on thing's!!They don't even type in the correct address let alone any information at all I would not trust them people also found out I got more back else where don't go here!!
