First person I talked to on phone was pleasant and helpful. Called back to schedule to rent a unit and some broad answered and must not of been taught phone etiquette and started arguing almost instantly that what I was told on first call didn't happen and changed all things said. One of the last places I'll call in the future.

Amazing beyond words. They worked with me when i was behind and could have lost everything I owned. They stayed in contact and kept my belongs safe with great security features. Ive been able to get all my stuff moved into my new place and will always be thankful i was referred Illowa storage.
