I very much recommend this place. JR is kind, understanding and explains things beforehand. All his workers there are kind as well.
Jr replaced my air suspension, brakes, and other things. I'm very glad I went there. No frills or disrespect. Prices are reasonable. Very professional. The best!

Always kind, professional, and easy experiences! Unfortunately, I haven't had the best of luck with vehicles, and JR always gets me taken care of and explains the problems my car has to a point where I can actually understand what's going on! Very knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend Jr's Auto Surgery to anyone with vehicle problems!

One of the best mechanics around & definitely the most honest, he diagnoses the issues, very informative in explaining options, & has always gotten it done right. He also gets me in short notice if it's urgent. Highly recommend!! I won't take my trucks anywhere else.

This place deserves zero stars. Talk about giving me the run around. Don't waste your time here!!!! I was a new first time customer here, I read the reviews and thought be nice to try someone local. I called, they said they would look at the issue the next morning, just to drop my car off. Well first off they DON'T open at the time posted, they are always late. Then, they texted my husband saying they couldn't fix it until the middle of the following week, ok fair enough, needed to ordered pieces. So set the appointment, again they were late, no thank you for waiting or sorry we are running late. That day they did ZERO work to my car and I had to phone them for an update. Told me be ready in the hour. 2 hours later still nothing. We ended up stopping by and then they told me, what I feel to be a made up story about wrong pieces and no-one having the right piece. So ordered the piece from my car's maker, and they told me they would call me on Friday when it came in so they could do the work. Well Friday came and just went and they NEVER called, I ever called them for an update and they couldn't be bothered to phone me back. I'm done wasting my time with this place. Now my husband is going to fix it, after calling and ordering the parts and being told they will be in first thing next morning. Thank you O'Reilly Auto Part. In future, if my husband or farm and fleet can't fix the issue, I will go back to my trusted LeClaire Auto Service. They don't mess you around.Services: Electrical
