Kim and staff are exceptional they are all knowledgeable and very helpful . I had a problem with my Topaz and took it in and it was fixed within minutes it was operators error . They explained what I did and showed me a way to determine if I have the issue again what I need to do . Love Keeping You Sewing I highly recommend if you are looking for a new machine to go here
