My nails turned out pretty good beside that there is dried dip or top coat all around my cuticles.To add, after 3 days they started lifting and getting a little water under them. This is so frustrating because I just got them done and now i’m going crazy everytime I have to wash or do my hair

When I arrived I explained I had an appointment and was asked to be seated at chair 7. From the beginning of getting my acrylic nails removed the lady at chair 7 was down right rude. She continued to be rude throughout the duration of my service and I will not be coming back

The gentleman who did my nails was amazing and he super gentle. Nails tuned out great! And my niece got hers done for the first time to get a feel for theme before homecoming and she’s definitely happy with her results.

Although I’m happy with the outcome of my toes, my bestie and I came to get pedicures done & they rushed through both of our pedis. Not only that but they added the hot rocks service onto our deluxe pedis. The deluxe is $45 each & the hot rocks is an added 10$ each. We did not ask for the hot rocks. We go to pay and the total is $117. It should have been $90 but since they added hot rocks it should’ve then been $110. They then added $7 onto that $110. We paid $27 more than we should have. Not cool!! Pay attention to what you’re getting done & how much it all costs because clearly they’re not scared to charge extra & add services that are not asked for.

i went to table 5, and while the nail art is amazing, the application of the acrylic is not the best. he was also very rough and my cuticles were sore for a day after i got them done. there is gaps between the acrylic and my cuticle on every nail, and one of the tips is lifting a little bit. the nail art is amazing and he did wonderful, just a little disappointed about the application of the acrylic.

Horrible set of nails I just got. Probably will pick them off. Not even in length, not straight, colors don’t match, some wide. Will not go back. Last two sets were horrible.

Me and my bestie came here for the 2nd time and this was the worst experience for both of us. Our nails looked like a toddler could of done them. They are bumpy. Not straight. I asked for shorter and they just barley touched them. Have paint on our nails. Some short some long. They don't communicate well at all. Very rushed didn't take there time. There won't be a next time so I won't need the response ive seen everyone else get. Come back and we'll fix them free. We'll go some where else and have them fixed because it's not even worth the drive.

I don’t normally leave reviews in general, let alone bad ones. But my experience at this salon has been an absolute disaster. The staff were short and rude with me. As of posting this I had my nails done 5 days ago and TWO nails popped off while in the shower today. Mind you they are acrylic, so that should be virtually impossible. I have heard good things about this salon so to say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

I got my nails done 3 days ago and they are already lifting up at the bottom. The design also does not look right and they are way too short. My hair keeps getting caught under them because of the lifting.

I was assigned to chair 5, i love the design, but he left a large gap between acrylic and cuticle. I didn't even notice it until i got home. Darker red is reference photo for design.

I went in to get my acrylic soaked off to give my nails a short break and start doing dip powder to grow the natural length of my nails. I was excited due to the fact that my nails had been growing in nice and healthy. typically, I go to the person in chair #5 he always does a great job and I had previously talked to him about starting the dip powder. Today when I went to get them soaked off a lady did it, and not only was she not paying attention when she was drilling off the old acrylic but she burnt and damaged almost all of my nail beds. This is the only bad experience I have had here otherwise I’ve always had amazing results.
