“I usually don't give chains 5 stars but this Walgreens deserved it. Hands down CLEANER than any Walgreens I have ever been to. Shelves were organized, staff was SO friendly, found everything I needed... THERES EVERYTHING A STANDARD WALGREENS HAS: photo center, pharmacy, shampoo... Additionally it's located right off highway 136 as you roll into Clinton-very convenient. There's a gas station right across the street too, a BP.”

“I had an AWESOME customer experience today at Factory Direct Mattress in Clinton, Iowa. After having a HORRIBLE mattress shopping/buying experience in the Quad Cities, I decided to shop around at smaller neighboring towns, in the hopes that I could find not only better pricing, but that small-town feeling where the sales folks actually took an interest & cared about me, as well as keeping me as a customer. After listening to my past experiences, what I was looking for, and my overall general requirements, he requested that I come to his store & "try on" some mattresses so he could see how each of the mattresses he offered reacted to my body type, shape, and weight. Domingo really knew his stuff...not just about mattresses, but also about food, health, & fitness, and he honestly could be a life coach in general! Within 15 minutes of meeting him, I felt like we had known each other our entire lives! Not only did I walk out of Factory Direct Mattress with a great new king-size mattress, box springs, bed frame, and mattress cover for a great price, but also with the peace of mind that Domingo actually takes care of his customers, and wants to retain his customers for life! In a world where customer service is robotic, automated, or non-existent, it is very refreshing to know that there is at least ONE business today in which honesty, integrity, and a genuine care for the customer still exists!
