Excellent facility. Number scheme shows the growth of the facility, but the staff knows that it can be confusing and will escort you to ensure you find your space. No maintenance issues or flooding issues that I saw. Polite and professional staff.

The woman who helped me reserve my storage was extremely accommodating. Marianne was very responsive via email even during hours the office is closed. Great customer service.
