I just wanted to say thank for the excellent customer service provided by Dustin, sales representative at the Clinton, Iowa O'Reilly's. Three times he has gone above and beyond in his service. Once, when my cd player in my Prius had slipped into the console, he pulled it out. Another time, when I needed a side view mirror for my minivan needed replaced, he ordered it, and then recommended me to a mechanic who was able to replace it immediately. The third time, the same van had a turn signal light out on the front passenger side, he sold AND replaced it for me, saving me time and money. Friendly, dependable and helpful employees are a gem nowadays, and they deserve to be rewarded!!
