They did a good job on 3+ month old bugs.
A quick edit to this review. At first they cared about the quality of their wash. After having a subscription for a year their service has gotten really bad. After complaining and nothing changing I have canceled my subscription.

First time using this car wash. Was charged twice for the one wash I got. Have called multiple times, no one answers the phone. Will be stopping down in person.

I went to tidal wave for the first time today. A worker named Anna was very Thorough. With the prep sprayer and made sure she got all the bugs off the front bumper. I will definitely be back to tidal wave when Anna is working !

i would give a two most of the time.Beth Ann is one of the only ones and another female that take their time and spray a complete nicer coverage.Beth Ann goes over the top and cares for customers! We consider to get out of ours because it is rarely clean after going thru the wash! We go once a week too!

This car wash did not clean very good for me. I drive an F150. I did not expect the tailgate to be clean. Most of them do not ,so leaving that out, it left white gunk on my windshield and on my fenders, the bed cover cracks are dirty. My tires were shiny. This car wash cost four dollars more than the one in the Qc.

I went in today, not knowing what to expect, and I was blown away by the service and hospitality that Samantha provided. She is a natural happy that I stopped and I will tell friends and family about her and this awesome car wash.
