I was helping an elderly neighbor whose phone had no service. When we got to the store there were no customers and there were 2 employees. Neither acknowledged us as we came in. We went to talk with one, the other never put down their phone. We were told that service has been out since it got really cold and they had no idea when it would be back on, and that they really only helped Iowa and Nebraska customers. All a lie, as we then called us cellular for customer support and were told there are no issues involving a tower and that the phone needs a SIM card replacement. Clinton us cellular employees just didn't want to help plain and simple. They should be ashamed of themselves as our neighbor is so upset by not having a phone to use, and them being so rude! Taking him to a different store now for help! NEVER GO TO THE CLINTON IOWA U S CELLULAR STORE FOR HELP!!!!!!

I had trouble with my phone charging and it was becoming frustrating. I took it in to have it looked at and the lady the helped me was very helpful and knew exactly what was wrong. Would recommend!

I called this location to get some better understanding of what the corporate office told me about the process of my new upgrade. To my surprise my questions and follow ups were met with nothing but unprofessional, rude, and condescending comments.
Who ever the lady is that puffed her chest out as she told me she’s “been there for 15 years” lacks real customer service skills and empathy for the customers that just want clarity. She needs to find a new job.. maybe a truck stop or a local liquor store would be a better fit. Save yourself the bs and go to the branch by Pizza Ranch and Fareway like I will be doing going forward!

Terrible customer service, I went in to ask a quick question. 2 workers where talking to each other having a great time I went up to them and before I could even speak the one said “someone will be with you shortly” 10 minutes later they are still chatting and no one came to help me so I left. Awful service. Needs better people.

Was told one price for a plan and got another price when the bill came, I called customer service to see what could be done and they said the 14 days was up for the new phone to be returned. When I called and talked to this store manager Dawn, about the employee that told us this price was good for these 2 lines....not 4 she said she didn't hear the conversation and this employee has been there for 14 years and there must have been a miscommunication. I would not recommend this Clinton store to anyone that expects the employees to be honest and upfront about billing. I'm also letting the better business Bureau know.... Dawn thought it was funny when I turned down her prepayment plan. No mystery why this location has 1 star.
