Was told one price for a plan and got another price when the bill came, I called customer service to see what could be done and they said the 14 days was up for the new phone to be returned. When I called and talked to this store manager Dawn, about the employee that told us this price was good for these 2 lines....not 4 she said she didn't hear the conversation and this employee has been there for 14 years and there must have been a miscommunication. I would not recommend this Clinton store to anyone that expects the employees to be honest and upfront about billing. I'm also letting the better business Bureau know.... Dawn thought it was funny when I turned down her prepayment plan. No mystery why this location has 1 star.

Good service. The customer agent was able to answer all my questions and get me out in a timely manner. They just need more workers to aid in walk ins.

US Cellular only focuses on new customers I have been a customer for 15 years and I will not get the current promotions the new customer will get. so I will be leaving US Cellular and signing a new contract with Verizon to move back with US Cellular after my contract.very disappointing they're looking for new customers and setting helping their existing customers.

Wife got a new phone today and it was a good experience. Not to bad, her old phone wouldn't take a charge unless you were using a charger pad.

Do you love having a phone with service? Do you also like the USA? If you said yes to the second one that’s good I love this country too. If you said no then that’s good for you. Anyways if you said yes to the first then look nowhere else than this U.S Cellular. Where can I start, they have the best and nicest employees, and the best phone service out there. There is no reason not to switch. So come on in and do just that. They’re G-r-r-reat!
