Horrible customer service. Came in and sat down as all reps were with other customers. No one acknowledged me in any way. Two customers come in after me and get a rep right away. Won't be back to this location for anything.

Signed up for a new plan. Rep was very misleading about phone trade-ins. I’m on the hook for $210 now after speaking with another rep today who basically didn’t take any responsibility for the mess. Told me I should’ve read the fine print on something that should’ve been communicated verbally as well. Cell service is terrible on top of everything. Thanks.

the reason I don't like the u.s. cellular they stuck me in Rock falls or $750 phone bill and no joke I moved to Arkansas and they told me I had service down there and I had nothing I had to start over with a new phone and they stop at $750 phone bill

The girl that waited on me today was very rude. Went to have new sim card put into phone. Her attitude was like I was putting her out by asking her to do that. Nobody wants to deal with someone who has attitude problem, leave that at home or take it somewhere else.
