Most interstates across nation pay for recycled batteries. I travel with a company and have never had issues at any other location. Distributors…this and that these jack a loons want to say. Here’s an idea. Update the website so those of us that know time is money don’t waste our time.

Excellent service! I had a depleted car battery & they swapped with a loaner while reconditioning the original. When finished, they re-swapped & I was good to go.

Great customer service, at least at this location! I have purchased several car batteries here and have always been pleased with my purchase. I recently brought in a seemingly dead battery (from another company) to replace and was told that they thought they could revive it instead of selling me a new battery. In fact, they did revive that old battery, saving me (my daughter) $200+, and thereby insuring that I will be returning to them when that battery finally craps out. This is how I choose to support phenomenal customer service. Good, honest folk. I hope nothing changes at this location.

I have been going to Interstate All Battery for years. Especially for common replacements and those hard to find batteries. I cant thank them enough for their resourcefulness, wide variety of products, and knowledge. Very conveniently located, competitive pricing, knowledgeable staff, and first-class customer service. Invaluable to me. I highly recommend them!

Went in all fiery and upset as I was sold a battery from 2019 and I had purchased that battery 2021. As of 5/19/24, my battery had went out… normally the warranty wouldn’t had been covered but given the circumstances they pro rated it 45% off. Odd situation. I was super upset, but they said I should be looking to get a full free replacement as they had not known the quality/condition of the original battery. DJ and Justin did fantastic and went over and beyond as they were both quick to work with me. I’m still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer to see if I will get a full refund.

Went in today to have battery checked after engine light came on and was helped by EJ, he was super nice and made sure to explain everything in a way I could understand(I don’t know anything about cars haha). He went above and beyond to help me find the problem and even gave me suggestions on how to fix it. Made some not great news a little lighter, overall a great and helpful experience!!
