We stop at Columbus Junction on our way through. Typically it has a great selection of slices of pizza. This morning, there wasn’t any pizza and the 2 ladies stood in the kitchen talking while we stood there for 3-4 minutes. There was a pizza that was through the conveyer just sitting there. The two kept talking. When one finally got the pizza to cut it up, it looked disgusting! Disappointing! We left with both!

Casey's is awesome! The food is really good! I personally order ahead of time especially on busy nights. I too far out of there area for delivery options so I drive there to pick up my order. I go to the one in Marengo IA. Those that work there are very good to me anytime I have gone in. There is a bathroom ? it is handicap accessible and handicap ♿ parking too!

This used to be a good place to stop before work. Now there’s almost never any food and no donuts at all. I don’t see how at that time of the morning, when a lot of people are on their way to work, they have nothing to offer. Especially since it’s basically the only option for several miles. I’ve noticed the place has been really empty customer wise lately. Probably due to nothing to stop for. Parking is also atrocious. And most of the pumps don’t work on auto. Not such a big deal during good weather, but not when it’s below zero temps.

Why offer rewards, IF EVERYTIME, I try to use them, they have no idea how?I ordered pizzas tonight and told them twice on the phone, that I am using my rewards, the kid on the phone said, ok,its on there. When I pick up the pizzas and went to pay for them, they didn't have any idea how to do it. This has happened more than once. Maybe you should offer some training to your employees! Also why are your employees walking out or working at the store late at night alone? Isn't that against protocol? The safety of your employees should be a priority!

Omg we waited for about 30 to 35 minutes before anybody could help us we had to ask them twice to help us with the sub very rude and they totally ignored us most people wouldn’t have the patience that we had I think they need more help or stop with your doing to help your customers

The past couple times I have ordered something to eat, the food has been nasty to eat. It is either burnt or stale like it was taken from the warmer after sitting in there for a long time. The wait times are horrible. I ordered 2 items that are easy to prepare since they come in frozen and I was given a 70min wait time. This type of service is unacceptable. I am getting tired of paying for food that I am unable to enjoy eating and ends up in the trash. This is the Columbus Junction, IA caseys.

This Casey's hardly ever has food. 9/10 you walk in and there's not a single thing in the warmers. It also has the absolute worst parking I have ever seen. Half the time you've gotta park in the street. The parking just adds to it when you have to deal with it just to not be able to get anything to eat.

I have scoliose and a bad hip I wish I knew what the girls was she helped me get what I wanted and took it up to the cashier and after he checked me out I don't know what his name was either but he carried out my things and put it in my truck for me.. I appreciated it very much thank you to the both of you in my mind the both of you are employees of the month!!!!

It's everything a general store should be. Lots of stuff to eat, the beer is always cold, it's pretty clutch. The coffee has enough caffeine to reanimate a small animal.
