CJ Trained, LLC is a clean gym with a wide assortment of weights, machines, and equipment. It has everything with plenty of variety and they are still adding to it. The owner maintains it remarkably, is helpful, courteous, and accommodating. The environment is nice and friendly. Members appreciate the 24-hour access for convenience. The gym offers affordable membership and has bottled water for a small fee. It is highly recommended by its members.
I've been coming here for a week now, but I can tell you that the owner has done a remarkable job maintaining the gym. It has everything in there. I love it. Also the price is affordable. The owner is helpful too.

A well managed small gym for a small town. A great addition to Columbus Junction.

The first gym I've had a membership at. They've got plenty of equipment with a lot of variety to accommodate different routines. The only downside right now is a very cold shower that has a leaky head. But when they get that fixed it will be a full 5 stars!
