If you care about your loved ones DO NOT send them to this facility. Two people running the place who are highly unprofessional. Took my parents out and went to Guthrie Center. Wonderful facility, exceptional care.

I'm here working from out of state for a couple of months and I can honestly say this is the nicest resident care facility I have been too. The level of care is exceptional and the residents are treated like family. The facility is clean and smells nice as well which is not typical for anywhere I've been. It's a place I would want to be if I needed care!

My Grandpa says he enjoys it here. The staff seem to really care about the residents. When I visit the facility is always clean.

I worked in this nursing facility in fall 2016 to spring 2018. Billie Byerly was the DON there. There was a lot of unprofessionalism there with lots of gossip. Heather Green was a LPN there at the time. She spread a lot of gossip about me behind my back. Prior to me being suspended, Billie Byerly had told all the CNAs and other staff in the break room, that I was going to be suspended. I found out that she had send something when two staff members, CNA Bob and RN Tina, had confirmed there were rumors going around about me in the facility. I did not realize that this is a breach of confidentiality. I do plan to consult an attorney on this matter.I will be seeking an attorney's advice on whether I should sue just the facility, Thomas Rest Haven, and or DON Billie Byerly for breach of confidentiality (3/16/21).
