They built me a new gaming PC and I love it! Dallas is very knowledgeable and built a computer that exceeded my expectations for my budget. Not only can I play my current games, but there are some graphically demanding games to be released that I want to play and my new build will be able to handle this with no problem. I highly recommend Ascended Electronics!

Went in to the shop to get some help on my newly built pc (first one I built myself) and the guy was really helpful. Was super nice and very efficient. Got my problem figured out and solved within 20 minutes and then gave me some tips on what I needed to work on and what I might need to do to help my pc run smoother.All in all a great service and will definitely be going back if I need any more help with anything PC related

I needed my PC tower disassembled for shipping overseas, and Dallas did an amazing job doing so! Very professionally done and packed so lovingly and carefully. Price was extremely reasonable too. Thank you so much!

I was in the market for a Christmas gift for my son, and he wanted a gaming PC. I went into consumer mode and began researching PC's, places to buy, etc. I always prefer to shop local and found Ascended. Called Dallas, he talked me through all the options and prices. We ended up beating box store prices, got local sales and service, and were extremely satisfied.A few months ago the 3 year old PC somehow lost it's OS. My son began looking for another PC - and I suggested that he call Dallas for either a new PC, or for some tech support. Dallas talked himself out of a sale by talking my son through reloading the OS. In doing that, he guaranteed himself a future sale when the PC does finally die - but in the end I was extremely impressed with his level of support.Geek Squad doesn't have S4it on Dallas and Ascended Electronics ;)If you're in the market for anything computer related, trust in Ascended Electronics - you won't be disappointed.

Came in at a prompt time and manner!Was in and out in about an hour or so!Very professional and got to work ASAP while I was working from home!Mounted a TV with my own mount, took precise measurements and scared me to death but actually fully clinging on the wall mount!10/10 would go for again!

Dallas recently installed the Google Nest Thermostat and Wifi system. He is extremely knowledgeable about Smart Home products. He was also willing to come to Fairfax which is farther than his service area. He did an amazing job of explaining what to expect before our date of install including how much time it would take, how long the power would be turned off, and what he would need in order to set up the system properly. He ran into an issue with Southslope and resolved it right away and had us back up with power and internet in less than the time that he stated it would take him!! I was over the top happy with the service I received from Ascended Electronics and I will be recommending Dallas for Smart Home, theater solutions, and computer services in the future!
