Just wanted to give a shout out to Casey F. at the store on Crosspark Rd in Coralville. My dad came in with an old part and a lot of questions. Casey was very patient with my dad and explained everything and was able to help find a similar part that will fix what my dad needed. All around great customer service by Casey. Thank you so much

My first visit to this store was last winter when my car battery crapped out.. I was allowed to take a work truck to pick up a new one so when I got there the guy (its been a year almost Im sorry dude I forgot your name) helped me check for any warranty to reduce the price of replacement as the battery wasn't too old. It sounds like a typicial process for replacement, but this guy really stepped up and helped me out so I could get the new battery, settle the amount for price, and got me out so I could make it home.My most recent visit had me looking for a smaller part that was still very much needed for another vehicle. For some reason AutoZone's supply chain for ordering broke down as the ordered part from another store failed to arrive as promised again and again. In the end it took a full week, if not slightly longer, for one to finally arrive. Although the entire time the team working was very helpful as I believe it wasn't their fault what was happening within AutoZone.

Peyton helped me and my grandma with a battery problem and was absolutely amazing. He was very nice and worked hard so the problem was fixed right. Best customer service I’ve ever gotten at an Autozone.

Great experience every time I visit! Robert at the Cross Park Rd location in Coralville was helpful and fast in solving my windshield wiper replacement needs. Came right out and installed it for me quick and easy. I was even able to grab a couple of little toys for my boys. Thanks, Robert!

The "check engine" light came on in our Subaru Outback (our only car) on Friday of Labor Day weekend. It was also my husband's birthday weekend, so we had nice plans that were likely to be ruined by the "check engine" light. After having no luck getting help from the nearest Subaru dealer, we went to this AutoZone shop and were provided excellent assistance by Robert. He ran some tests and efficiently got to the bottom of the problem. He then helped us find further assistance that was excellent in resolving the problem. We deeply appreciated his extensive knowledge, his honesty and integrity, and his ability to communicate clearly. He's a genuinely nice guy. Thank you for saving our weekend!

Stopped here traveling through Iowa after my alternator went out thinking I had to charge my battery. The people here diagnosed it and were really polite and helpful. The manager Rob here called a local mechanic Logan to the store and had it taken care of in a hour and I was able to continue on my way. Best AutoZone experience would highly recommend

We just left Auto Zone with the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE possible! We encountered a check engine light that needed attention. Will was able to help us get on our way home. He was working alone and paid attention to every customer and delivered individual attention to each of us. What an outstanding employee you have! Thanks again, Will! We appreciate YOU!

Robert and team were so awesome. Our car battery died in the Hy-Vee parking lot, they helped me get the car to their store, performed the battery test, explained what was wrong with it.Then explained the options on batteries. Very professional, super helpful. This was and excellent customer experience.Appreciate all the help to get us back on the road for our vacation!!

My car decided it would not want to start after I got gas at Hyvee down the street. So I walked over to the Autozone seeing if they could help.One of the technicians drove over and jump started my car. He then tested my system and told me battery was fine but my alternator needed to be looked at.The team here was very helpful and went above and beyond trying to assist me.

I traveled in from out of town. Eric M. was awesome. I was having a weird power issue - intermittent battery dash light. He did extensive testing. Everything was coming back normal. He offered suggestions, and I felt much better knowing that I would be able to get home safely. Eric had good vibes. 10 stars.
