Barnes & Noble is a large open bookstore with a huge selection of books and other items like games and collectibles. It is a fantastic destination for special gifts, collectibles, or just a good read. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find things, and it is connected to the rest of the mall for other shopping. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. They provide outstanding customer service, helping customers find items, place orders for things not on the shelf, and offer recommendations. The store highlights staff recommendations and also highlights graduates of the Iowa Writers Workshop. Prices can sometimes be high, but there are good deals every day, including sales like buy one get one half off on many books. Orders can be shipped to a customer's house quickly and without shipping charge. With its welcoming atmosphere and wide range of interests, it is a delightful experience and a great place where customers could stay for hours.
