Bath & Body Works is a store where staff are always willing to help and are informative and eager to assist. They point out reduced price sections and encourage everyone to ask for help. The store has lots of new stuff always coming out, including new and fun smells and seasonal items like Halloween stuff. Staff are eager to spray new scents for customers. It is a place where customers can browse and find what they need.
Wife's favorite place. Best time is when they have deals, especially on soaps and candles. Nothing like good smelling hands and house.

Went in for a pick-up order, was PROMPTLY greeted and asked if I needed anything, and they directed me to the pick-up order counter. Pleasant & helpful workers in a busy Saturday climate.
