If I could leave 0 stars here, I would. I visited multiple times to try and sort out options for an out of state move. This place made an already stressful life event even more difficult. I created a towing plan & made reservations with one person only to return and be told it wasn't possible with my vehicle. I had to rearrange my entire plan, later to find out that the original could have worked. They insisted I was trying to tow the largest trailer when I had never asked for this. Not helpful or supportive, would avoid even buying supplies here.

I rented a small truck on July 25. The gas tank was 3/4 full. I added nearly 5 gallons of gas after driving about 60 miles. When i retuned it, the tank was MORE full than when I got. But they charged me $15 fir 3 gallons of gas. I tried via email four times to get resolution. I have not yet heard back. It was only $15 but I'm upset at being ripped off. It's poor customer service! I returned it with MORE gas than when I picked it up, and yet they charged me for gas. (Everything else was fine, but I'm upset by the cheating.)

Horrific Experience Which Cost Me an Extra $2,180Please do not make the mistake I did and hire Uhaul to ship your belonging across the country. Here is the shortened version:- My Uhaul box was 9 days late- I was left stranded in LA for 9 days and had to pay $2,180 for a hotel + food + empty apartment + work clothes. - I was lied to by multiple people- Talked down to and belittled over the phone- Ignored by at least 10 employees- Was told over the phone by the manager at a customer service center that she didn't care that my Uhaul box was 9 days late. It wasn't her problem. I hope this never happens to anyone else again but unfortunately THIS WILL HAPPEN AGAIN. I have read so many bad reviews about Uhaul and their terrible treatment of their customers needs to stop. Supposedly their phone calls are recorded so UHAUL go back and listen to how your employees treated me over the phone. There are over 20 phone calls so just pick a couple and listen to how your employees dismissed and talked down to me. I am reporting Uhaul to the Better Business Bureau.

They didn't have the propane service running for 2 weeks, then wouldn't fill my tank because it wasn't certified to their exact specifications, even though I had gone to America's to decertify. Unless you have a new tank, stick to Lowe's or the gas stations for your propane.
