Been a customer with Cricket for 6+ years, in different locations across the states; This Location has been the absolute worst. I am now considering a plan on switching to another company due to the unprofessional, inappropriate, illegal and suspicious activity that takes place. I wish I remembered the names of the people who assisted me tonight. I went in 30 minutes before close to add 3 lines to my account. I was worried about how it would go because I have been using the connectivity credit, and they went above and beyond to make my trip easy, fast, with everything we needed for all 3 phones. I'll definitely be back when it's time to upgrade.
