I approached the counter not knowing exactly which part of the counter to go to since I only saw one guy with body language that said "don't talk to me." So I figured fair enough, you're not who I go to first so I then made my way down to where it said pick up. I waited, then I saw another woman so now they both saw me and didn't acknowledge me. Then the woman asked a customer behind me if he was there to pick up, helped him for awhile and then walked away. I said excuse me she acted annoyed and I asked about filling a Rx and she said "go to the computers". So I'm thinking go to the other end since the guy working was so adamant to ignore me. The woman and guy both watched while I went to the other end and noticed it was all closed off. No one said anything. I asked the guy there for help and he never even looked at me, while he gruffly asked "date of birth??" and then stated "you have nothing here" then shamed me for asking further questions about if they contact my dr or if I do. Ya know, simple WHAT I SHOULD DO NEXT questions with how to get my Rx filled since I'm AT THE PHARMACY. I couldn't even hear the rest of anything he was saying. He was so pleased that I had to walk up and down trying to figure things out and that I now couldn't hear him while I was asking what to do next about my shameful "controlled substance". I never bother writing bad reviews but my skin is still crawling I'm so angry. There's no way to describe just how gross it was that they we're both so pleased to be unhelpful. I've worked in service forever. I get it and I certainly never expect anyone to be smiling and bubbly but this was purposeful disrespect. If they managed to upset me, I can't imagine how they're making others feel. Walgreens for life from now on.

I transferred to CVS pharmacy to be with a nation-wide provider. I first tried another provider & had nothing but problems. CVS made the transfer so easy & were responsive to all my concerns. Thank you CVS Pharmacy, inside Coralville IA Target store.

This CVS inside Target at Coral Ridge does it right! They brought to my attention that my changeof insurance had affected the frequency of my refills. I appreciate their attention to details like this.

The pharmacy helped me when no one else would. Friendly, knowledgeable staff!

Staff were very prompt in fulfillment of my Rx, which had been needlessly delayed by a competitor retail pharmacy. A proactive approach is necessary for effective patient care, and in a time where pharmacy staff have been stretched to their limits of what can be accomplished given the limits of time allotted to them, it speaks volumes about their integrity that they would prioritize the needs of a first time patron just the same as those who regularly utilize their services. Many thanks for prioritizing patient care delivered in a timely manner without a l hint of disdain or resentment. As an aside, their app is highly functional and full of useful features that go far beyond the basic tasks of requesting refills and providing notifications for the completion of said refills.

If I wasn't forced by my company to use CVS I would not. They are nearly always rude, have extremely limited hours, they text you repeatedly in a very short amount of time regarding picking up your medicine. Today I tried picking up medicine, it was a 30 day fill & I expected 90 days - I asked them to hold it for a few while I called insurance to see how much a 90 day script would cost. Less than 5 minutes later I return to get the script and he "had to refill it, give me about 15 minutes". Wow. At no time did I say to reverse the script. This was refilled with attitude from the tech.

Zero stars if I could - they always have tons of people working but no one ever wants to help customers when they actually show up. They all just stare at their computers filling prescriptions but never acknowledge when customers come to pick up their prescriptions. When they finally acknowledge someone they always the customer to wait - 10 minutes later they help out. It is also always a mess back there and they never know what the hell is going on.

I do not recommend this pharmacy. I was forced to leave my neighborhood pharmacy because this is who my insurance company required is to use. Since being there we have experienced issues from rudeness to mistakes made with amounts charged. This past week I filled my prescription so it was done. I called to make sure it was ready because I hadnt not eceived a text or call it was. The automated system indicated it was ready for pick up. When I called a couple days later to check on total and let them know I was on my way, the person who answered told me the charge was $80. First of all I had 2 insurances so I shouldn't of had a co pay. He had run the charge while in phone. I asked why it was already ready and run thru insurance? So what happened was they didn't notify me it was ready, then when I didn't get there in like 5 days they returned it. Then when I went to pick it up I no longer had insurance. The kicker is that the young man who answered had no response, except it sent my fault because the auto system tells them what to pay . I explained that it was time to go back to my home town pharmacy and he said " sounds like a good idea." So I had my hometown pharmacy transfer them back and guess what.? My back up insurance paid everything. So once again CVS FAILED A CUSTOMER.

Very helpful every time I had to talk with them.

The first time filling my prescriptions here they said their system was throwing a code that my prescription above the legally allowed dosage. They said above 150 wasn’t allowed, except I know for a fact the dosage goes to 400. Bc of this factually inaccurate code, I wasn’t allowed to fill my prescription until my doctor called them. I’ve been on this prescription for OVER A YEAR and filling at 2 other CVS’ the entire time and no one else had a problem. Doesn’t give me much faith in future interactions.

Would be zero stars if I could. The staff is never the same so no one knows what is happening. They ask you to give them extra time to fill your prescriptions but still won't have them ready. I gave them 3 days notice of needing a refill and went in for my medication. Shocker they didn't have it! I explained I needed it now because I was actively going through withdrawal and they said "we can't make any promises". I explained how dangerous withdrawal is and still they had no answer. The pharmacist who was supposed to be filling scripts was doing something completely different while another worker was doing what the pharmacist was supposed to be doing. There is zero communication and a complete lack of understanding. Save yourself from the trouble of getting your meds here and go anywhere else.

They told me they will order my prescription and call me.Aweek later no one calls. I went to the pharmacy to inquire about my medication. They said I don’t have prescription here. Few minutes later he said ohh your prescription has not been ordered. I said why ?he said he doesn’t know why it’s not ordered. It the same guy who said he will I order to from a week a go.Stay away from this careless cvs store. Am compelled to fill from them due to insurance restriction.

These people are absolutely incompetent. It took 4 phone calls and 6 hours of chasing around different people in their office to have someone get on and say “oh yea, the prescription is right here”. And then, thank god I called the next morning because their incompetence had me up all night cause guess what, the medication that I NEEDED hadn’t even been ordered yet. I am praying to god that it comes today since TODAY is when I was supposed to receive it. I am beyond angry that I have to go through these people because of my insurance, they are terrible and if you have ANY other option the use it.

CVS policy is abusive and discriminatory.
