Manager tried selling me a dress with a broken zipper when she knew it was broken. The same time I was in the store, another girl came in to make a return with the exact same issue (dress was sold to her with broken zipper). Will not be returning to this store

Walked in today to shop for a cute outfit for a nice dinner and was not greeted when I walked in and the worse was that 3 employees were sitting on the counter! Absolutely rude.

Had a great experience at Francescas’s yesterday. Staff was very friendly and helped me find an outfit for my birthday. My favorite store in the mall hands down!
