If you travel and go in person the service is great. Trying to get a live person on the phone? IMPOSSIBLE. I live 45 minutes away and I am trying to inquire about a computer I took in and can't get ahold of anyone so now I have to get off work and high tail there to speak to someone. Inconvenient.
