ROTTEN customer service. Receipt CLEARLY says refunds of products purchased with a debit card can be given as cash OR put back on the card. I was returning a $50 product that literally made my boyfriend sick. He couldn't come with me and told me to get cash. Store employee REFUSED to give me cash because they didn't have enough in the till and called me a liar for saying clerk who made the sale pointed out their refund policy. What?! No apologies, just arguments. He KICKED ME OUT OF THE STORE because I questioned their stated refund policy and said they need to change it if they can't honor it.

Awful experience. When you call store it says hours are 10a open time. The blonde male worker didn't open the gate to the store until 11:15. Awful assistance and very rude. I will not be back. The north liberty store was so friendly!

Drove all the way out here to grab some supplements, and at 10:45 they still weren’t open… Despite their online schedule saying they open at ten. Ridiculous service, and with zero recognition for corporate policies.

I think this company need to seriously re-evaluate how they train their employee on the customer service behavior.If you want to return a product, they will literally make you feel like you are a thief!! The guy, who I think is the manager (and I already had a previous bad experience with) was asking in a very rude way. Once I told him I want to return the product, he almost shouted "WHY!!". Then he asked me "why did you buy too much if you wanted to return it!!". I have never had such unfriendly behavior (almost rude) with any other shop for returning a product. He was also not wearing his mask properly (not covering his nose). Will never go there again.

I am not one to write complains, but after finding out this quality employee was the “manager†I don't really know a other option. I have had two bad experiences now with the same guy who my buddies have told me they have had the same problem with. Instead of helping with the few customers he had, he was too busy having a photoshoot with some baby...nice. Recently I went back in...same guy working...was too busy on the computer to even know I was in there. Sorry to inconvenience you man...

Helpful friendly staff. Provided good information to my companion who is just getting started on their journey to get more fit. They were not pushy about the products and provided honest opinions about various flavors of the drinks she was looking at. As well as the advice of what is drinkable at room temperature vs. cold.

Rude staff and no customer service. Asked my wife, who is a competitive powerlifter, if the products she was purchasing were for "someone else". He didn't offer advice on how to use the product or give suggestions. He made a rude comment insinuating the products couldn't possibly be for her, a woman. Because we all know woman can't lift weights.... The GNC at the Old Captitol Mall is significantly better.
