It was a little disappointing compared to usual very good Hampton experience. We had reserved and wanted a king room but got a double queen. Sink faucet was very loose but worked and some electrical outlets did not work at all.

We were disappointed in the hotel. When we got to our room, there was an ugly red stain on the chair. The front desk was very responsive and moved us to a different room. That room had crumbs on the chair, a partially eaten sandwich and some cookies in one of the cabinets. Clearly housekeeping is lax. However, the front desk was very helpful when we reported the issues. Breakfast was not impressive, many of the hot foods were just warm at 6:30.

The front desk associate was super polite and friendly and quick and efficient. I took advantage of their coffee bar and had quite a few throughout my stay - spaces were well cleaned and fresh as well.
The complimentary breakfast had an array of options - oatmeal, cereals, bacon, potatoes, waffles, toast and a bit more. It was a lovely stay and id be happy to return.
On top of that, its about 10 mins away from the Devonian Fossil Gorge which I was excited to visit again. The hotel location also was very walkable and had a nearby path that allows to to walk under the roadways and over the freeway to explore a bit more.

I was getting breakfast and the Hispanic ladies in the kitchen were so loud talking to each other gossiping I could tell , sounded like if they were at party . Later there comes a Hispanic male who had a uniform who seems to work at the hotel, he got coffee a banana and an apple , went and talked to those ladies like if it was a family gathering . Employees don’t have any manners . Who cares of their business they are there to serve and work . They need to keep it down while working . Other than that I liked the cleanliness of the place .

Rooms were clean and as comfortable as hotels go. I wanna brag about the Twelve01 restaurant. Had dinner two nights, both the food and service was fantastic. I highly recommend the guacamole appetizer! Best I've had. Some of our large group ordered extra servings to bring home. Kudos Twelve01!

We have stayed there several times over the years and it has definitely gone downhill. It smells very stale, breakfast didn’t offer much of anything you can grab and go, no danish or muffins. The exterior particularly the landscaping looks poorly maintained. It was disappointing. We stay at many Hampton Inns and this is not up to the standards of the others.

If I can find a way to contact Hilton, I will recommend this hotel be removed from the chain.
All staff I encountered were very professional, friendly and helpful. But the room itself ... SUCKED!
Incredibly small - barely room to scoot by the foot of the bed and the TV counter/dresser/fridge cabinet.
The bathroom was a joke - toilet didn't flush completely unless I held the handle down. Liquid or solid waste - didn't matter.
The waterspout in the tub spun around freely. I could have watched the water pour upwards or sideways if I wanted.
The faucet in the bathroom sink wasn't firmly attached. I had to use two hands to change water temp, one to hold the thing down and the other to turn from hot to cold or back.
It felt more like being at my grandparents' house back in the 70's than a $150/night hotel, not to mention it being a Hilton family hotel. Not at all up to standards for a Hilton hotel. I will never book at this place again.

Our family was passing through and needed a quick overnight. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, attentive and helpful. He saw our boys in soccer uniforms and offered them waters, incredibly kind gesture. The lobby and main area was clean and welcoming. Our room was exactly what we needed for the night. The hotel was quiet, even being next to the highway, I was surprised we couldn’t hear it. Breakfast was great, fully stocked and the attendant was lovely and worked very hard. She even distracted a crying baby so his parents could eat. Exceptional customer service. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. Very not useful. Pictures are great and all but not when the people are difficult to work with. Everyone was “on training” so don’t expect anything to be normal. Extremely disappointing given that I travel alot and ton of hotel experiences. This location I highly HIGHLY recommend not using.
Noteworthy details: Front desk very unprofessional and lacking normal customer service competence.

I travel frequently for work and I accidentally left a very expensive hearing aid in the bathroom of my room. I left the hotel and realized about an hour later I had forgotten the hearing aid and called the hotel. The person that answered told me that housekeeping had not been there yet and they took my information and said they would call me. I did not receive I call so I called two times later that day and could not get anyone to answer.
I called the next day and a different person answered. She remembered who I was as I had stayed there many times. She told me she would check with facilities management and call me back. She did not call me back. I called back and talked to the manager. He was very apologetic and asked me to give him a couple of days to check into it and he would call me back on the upcoming Monday. He did not call me either. I understand people make mistakes sometimes, but nobody did what they said they would do. Now I am out a very expensive hearing aid that could have been located the same morning I left if someone would have gone to my room to get it and hold it for me. I will not stay there again.
