Hot Topic offers a selection of cool items, but over the years, the variety has decreased. The store still has interesting products, but not as many as before. The staff is helpful and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Customers find some items to be a bit pricey, but the clearance section provides good deals. Longtime shoppers appreciate the consistent positive experience, even during challenging times like the pandemic. Overall, Hot Topic is a place with cool merchandise and helpful employees, though the variety has declined compared to the past.
Always have a good time coming to this location and luckily have the chance to run into Raine every time I go! They are always super kind and helpful and I enjoy chatting with them. Lots more options than the other malls I visit.

Your average hot topic store. Great place for novelty shirts and some collectibles
