Our king bed room had a full kitchen (slightly smaller than average appliances, but perfect for a hotel)! It was furnished with pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, etc. It even had a dishwasher. We cooked steaks & shrimp with no problems. :) The only con is that the breakfast didnt have much variety, nor did it have much in the way of protein other than eggs and some veggies with a scant amount of sausage mixed in. Otherwise, it was perfect for what we needed. Right behind the Coral Ridge Mall and near Costco. You could easily walk to Texas Roadhouse and a few of the other stores. It is located just off of I80.Nearby activities: Coral Ridge Mall, Children's Museum, Ice skating rink, theater.Walkability: Can easily walk to some restaurants, including Texas Roadhouse and a few stores.Food & drinks: The breakfast was lacking in protein, other than some sausage hidden in veggies, yogurt, & eggs. But since you can cook in your room, it's not a big deal.

Got tired of driving about 4:30 am. Front desk lady very nice, got us checked in n met us at the front door with our keys. Our suite was clean and bed firm.

There was an unfavorable smell in the room. Also, there was dried food or liquid smeared on the wall next to the bed.

We have stayed here before. I'm sure we will stay here again. The only issues were cosmetic. No cover on the remote and looks like they are patching up the corner wall. Still a great visit.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It was clean, the atmosphere was great as well. They had elevator's which was nice not to have to carry our stuff up flight's of stairs. Our room was spacious and very nice. The beds were very comfortable.I strongly recommend this Hotel.

The room was spacious. It had a recliner. Both the evening and morning (Sara) front desk clerk were friendly and helpful.The bathroom had just a sink but could use a whole vanity so there is a place to put your stuff. There was a small table in bathroom for your stuff.

First time staying with Mainstay. Traveling with my husband for work. Perfect for our needs, kitchenetts, pretty much equipped, ground floor, pet friendly, we travel with my service dog, so getting a ground floor towards the back door was great for us.Plenty of shopping, restaurants close. Really quiet, well lit at night.Room could be a tad bit bigger, no couch, only 1 reclining chair, but still perfect for us.Landscape is in need of some serious weed pulling and fixing up. Plenty of places to walk pets.We will be staying at this and all other Mainstay Suits as we travel this great country of ours !!Mainstay, Iowa City, IA, yall Rock !

Rooms were spacious but not well maintained or cleaned. Staff was friendly. Not many choices for breakfast, but okay for free.

A great staff working here and the Mgr even is around to talk with patrons. They all are so friendly and helpful to make your stay memorable. I highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wow I had a really pleasant stay here. The rooms are as pictured. I had absolutely no problems. Staff was amazing. I was able to bring my dog with no extra fee. I will definitely stay here again. WiFi ranges between 24 and 40 Megabytes.

Traveling for work and staying at this hotel for a few weeks. When I first checked in there were a few issues with my room. Once made aware, the staff sprung into action and took care of everything right away. Every member of the staff at this hotel has provided exceptional service and they’ve all been super accommodating. I’m traveling with my dog and have had no issues, they even tell him good morning and say hello to him every time we’re passing through the lobby. The location is great too, close to everything you could need.

Loved this hotel. Having basically a studio apartment while traveling for work, made all the difference in the world. Also very close to everything you could need.Almost everything you could need is there, including dish soap.Only thing you'll need is a decent kitchen knife and a pizza cutter.Only real complaint was that it took me almost an hour to cook a basic frozen pizza, seemed like the oven wasn't working correctly. Could have been operator error as well, the numbers were mostly rubbed off, and it wasn't exactly clear how to work the oven.Overall, it was a great stay. Would definitely stay again.Rooms: Spacious and cool!Noteworthy details: Cool sculptures
