After decades as a patron of the catalog, then online experience customer, this surprised me.Thankfully was heading to Coralville a few days later and able to stop by the mall for a return. During the holiday season.One young woman was at the counter helping people. Appeared to be the only person working. Seemed friendly. Had a line to manage and was attentive to the needs of customers. The return went smoothly.”

“Moved to the area recently and am glad to now have this mall as my local mall. Northpark mall in Davenport is falling apart and has many ghost stores. Here hardly has an empty storefront in my opinion and is a lot cleaner, nicer and doesn't seem to have the issues my old mall had.”
