Second time going in, showing my Veteran ID at the beginning of the transaction, and spending around $50… just to see on my receipt when I got home that no discount was honored. I guess I’m ok paying full price but maybe don’t advertise a discount you’re not going to honor, it’s kind of a bummer.

prob the best of the stores in the franchise (have been to DSM, QC, IC, Dubuque, and CR stores over the years). be sure to check the downstairs out - especially if looking for art or furniture. though this is the best within the franchise imo, it can def be hit or miss.
