I went this location yesterday to transfer 2 lines from Verizon and could not finish it and went there again this afternoon. There were 2 staffs and 1 of them named Roberto claimed the store manager. When I walked in with my wife and ask for help, he (Roberto) just told me that he could not help since the other guy will be there at 3pm and he do not know what the other guy did yesterday. I tried to explain what needed to be done but he keep refusing to listen to me. Then I asked the other guy who is just sitting down with holding iPad and told me "He is my boss, I just listen to him." Very very rude customer service. I just went to Iowa City location and help me everything. Not recommending to got to this location for any reason.

Great staff here, I forgot her name but the manager on duty and the female tm working were extremely helpful. Got my new phone upgraded and Inopted to try the Wi-Fi block as well after her review of it.2/2 on good experiences at this location.

My partner and I went in to the Coralville store tonight (9/29/23) at approximately 7:40pm. We needed to get a number removed from our account. Immediately after entering, the two men who were working asked us what we needed from across the room. My partner said we needed help with our account. The first worker asked if we couldn't just do it online because they were closing at 8. I explained we just needed to cancel a number on our account. The second worker then said in a very rude way "we can't do that here you have to call 611" as if this was something we were already supposed to know and by coming in, we were inconveniencing them. Startled by how rude they were, we just walked out. I understand that they were 20 minutes from closing and people want to leave work, however they took not even a minute to walk up to us and help us with what we needed. In my customer service experience, you don't treat people this way. They simply could have explained that we needed to handle our problem online in a helpful and respectful way.

Great guys, easy going and straightforward. I was only in there information gathering and they gave me everything I needed and nothing I didn’t. Mentioned promotions but no high pressure salesmen there. Great to work with!!

Wasn't super busy when I was here, maybe 4 other customers. I wasn't there very long before a service rep assisted me. I was able to get my home internet service started, and walked out the door with the router in less than 20 min.

I had trouble with T-Mobile support, Apple support, and other staff. Dave, the store manager, was the only person that could really help me with my more complicated problems. He was very nice and helpful! Five stars specifically for Dave! Thank you!

A zero is just a number but what this store deserves. I've been waiting for more than an hour and each of the sales associates is busy with arcane and useless questions. Simple inquiries take forever. Run like mad and get away from this disaster of an enterprise.A hearty zero stars. If you're into imaginary numbers, this store scores an I.Simply turrible as Charles Barkley would say.

Dave, the store manager, assisted me and my 86-year-old mom with a couple of phone issues; one hers, one mine; Dave was incredibly patient, sincere, helpful and kind. We live in Iowa City but often the lines in the IC store are too long for a senior in places without seating. So glad we went to Coralville; our issues were resolved quickly and well.

Incompetent, rude, and disinterested staff. Tried to say the phone model I wanted was not available without even looking to see if it wasn't (it was.) Botched up the order process and ended up ordering two phones for me of which I couldn't cancel so I had to go through the hassle of returning the extra phone. Do yourself a favor and go next door to Verizon.

Nick provided 5 Star service! He was super helpful and answered all of my questions. I came in to cancel my account since I lost the second person on my line, and I ended up leaving with 3 T-Mobile lines, a free Netflix account, and I am about to cancel my home internet and switch to t mobile. Apparently, T mobile will reimburse the cancellation fee with a different home internet provider. I am very happy!

Terrible service. I went twice and both times they did not want to serve me because they would close early (ONE HOUR BEFORE closing time) and on top of that, how they treated me. Especially Mr. Jose.
