When there around 12-1 and the manger yelled at not just my fiancé but the new person. My fiancé has disabilities and can’t read and the coworker didn’t realized or look which is ok but the manger just was yelling about it. Probably why they can’t keep workers is because of this lady. Very nice workers tho probably compensating for her. I work down the street and I would be a better boss than her. Needs to help and check her attitude

I loved this taco bell, very close to where I live. went here all the time but they just always mess up my orders. I always order online so I can put in all my changes easier, and 9 times out of 10 they leave the lettuce on my items when I ask for no lettuce, the crunch tacos are just always inedible with how soggy they are and how easily they fall apart. the workers never seem to take their jobs seriously after 10pm, they always seem to be rushing, messing everything up and just trying to get people out of the drive thru.

Went at night. Ordered two beefy 5 layers a crunch wrap and a soda. Was pulled to the front no big deal happens every time. Didn’t get my drink before when I got my food I had to ask for my drink. Got home open the bag and this is what I get. Half the crunch wrap has nothing in it it was all on one side and not even closed. And beefy 5 layers well idk why there was sour cream and lettuce in those. We’re wrapped so many refined beans I don’t even think it had beef.I expect bad service here but like. No reason when one guy is taking orders and food (with the same gloves) and there’s three other crew members in the lobby screwing around. Wasn’t even able to eat it.

An employee working in the drive thru took a picture of my debit card and started purchasing things with it online 2 days later. Luckily Shazam caught it when they tried to make a 900 dollar purchase from target online. Would not recommend paying with a card- their employees are as horrible humans as they are at preparing food.

I ordered 2 nachobell grandes like I aways do. No bean extra beef with chips on the side. I got a tiny bowl of my toppings (beef, sour cream and cheese) I paid EXTRA for extra beef. I went into the store because I didn't see the sour cream and tomatoes for my order and spoke with Kalie whom claimed to be the store manager to ask where the sour cream and tomatoes were. I was told all the toppings were in 1 tiny bowl. I tried to explain there's no way I was given extra beef if the contents of the cheese , sour cream, tomatoes and the beef all fit in a half ounce bowl. I explained to her that I order the same thing every single time I come to taco bell, she decided to raise her voice at me to tell me she's the store manager and that she's the one that prepped the food and she knows what extra beef is and wasn't even willing to have a conversation and resolve my complaint. So I advised I would contact corporate to have it resolved. She decided to raise her voice and threaten me by saying "that's fine! Contact corporate and I will make sure my staff knows not to give you extra beef anymore" Very rude and unprofessional. And quite the threat when I HAVE TO PAY FOR EXTRAS on my orders. The service I was provided is sickening. This staff clearly needs trained on customer service skills. Being the "general manager" she claimed to be, she should know better than to speak to a paying customer that way.

I worked close to this location for years, and went here for lunch more than I should have. However, one of the reasons for that was how I could always count on it. The service, the speed, and especially the quality of food, was almost always 100%. Sometimes a new fast food location is good for a few months, then after the honeymoon is over, quality falls as staff is a revolving door. It didn't seem to be the case with this location. Sure, a few times they would slip up in some minor way, but I was surprised how great it always seemed to be (at least during busy lunch times). Thank you, T Bell.

The one thing I did not like.....Having to use the automatic kiosk ordering machine. There was no staff member to help with the order
