Fast and friendly Amazon return. The staff even offered to process mine before the first customer who had multiple returns. I really appreciated! Have your barcode ready and return only takes three seconds.

I went into the store on a Saturday morning recently to get help with an Amazon return. I had been scammed and came prepared with 7 hours of online chat saying I could return the item to a UPS store. The staff kindly explained to me that I had the wrong information and I had to contact Amazon to correct it.From the back came Todd, the owner. He did not have to do what he did but he went above and beyond in assisting me with what ended up being AMAZON’S ISSUE ALL ALONG! He was kind and reassuring when talking with me yet assertive and commanding when talking with Amazon customer service. He explained the situation and the fact that this is a common problem that shouldn’t require this much hassle. The fact that he recognized the Amazon Customer Service rep says this is not his first rodeo, nor the Rep’sAfter the Amazon rep told me that “ their system will not allow the return to be processed because it has been resubmitted too many times,” Todd stepped in to have my back. He explained how unprofessional and unethical it is to treat a customer like that, let alone one that has done a lot of business with Amazon. In the end, he was able to help me get a full refund and I didn’t even have to ship the item back.In short, Todd and his staff are a notch above all when it comes to customer service. They did Amazon’s job as shipper, customer advocate, and customer service rep even though Amazon never paid them a dime to do so (and did it better than anyone in Amazon’s customer support team could ever dream of, I might add.). In an age where you can spend 7 hours chatting with someone from across the world who does not care one iota about your livelihood, being by able to walk into a store, speak to the owner directly and come to a conclusion in 30 minutes is unheard of and heavily under appreciated. If long chats and long hold times are weighing you down, go talk to Todd and his team, they are unbeatable!Thank you Todd and employees for helping me out!

I called ahead because this is the only UPS store in the Iowa City area that is open on Sundays - I was greeted with a cheery voice - I explained that I had to return a large Amazon package that I mistakenly sent to my house instead of my moms and i wondered if they had a dolly to help me get it inside. The person (who I later learned was Chloe) said they absolutely had one and I told her I had two small children in the car and she said to just pop in or call and she would meet me outside. When I arrived - I stuck my head in the store and Chloe already had the dolly ready - she met me outside, helped me load it and took it inside while I emailed the mailing label that she printed for me. Before I could get my kids completely out of the car to grab my receipt she had already was next to my car bringing it to me! I was astounded and so impressed with the customer service I received today! This was something I was dreading and Chloe insured it was painless! Thank you so much for such great customer service Chloe! (Visited 5/21/23)

If your store says closes at 6:30, that means close at 6:30!!! Came to do a quick return shortly after 6pm after work and this UPS was closed. NOT HAPPY.

They are never open during their business hours. I’ve tried dropping off packages 4 different times and they are always closed even when the hours say they should be open!

For many years we did not have a nearby UPS store, so it was necessary to drive a distance to an off-brand shipping and packaging store. So, we were really grateful when a nice new UPS store opened up in our neighborhood. Today I visited this new location between Coralville and North Liberty. The store is very clean and nicely laid out. I've been wanting to visit this store location because it is managed by the same owners as the one near our home. Something I've noticed in general about business is that success and quality service usually happens when the owner is frequently at the business. Today, not surprisingly, the owner, Todd was at the front desk with a cheerful employee. Todd helped me with a package I need to send out. Over the past few years sending numerous packages every week, and also using the other services like the mailbox rental, paper shredding, packaging materials, and more, I've consistently experienced high quality in all areas and really appreciate it, so I figured the same would be true at this new location and I was pleased to see that my expectations were correct.
