They helped me immensely yesterday, when I was towed in around 6:15 despite them closing at 7. They stayed at least 30 minutes past 7 in order to replace both my back tires. It was very kind and I sincerely appreciate it!

Front desk was upfront and honest. The team helped me out in a pitch, gave me the options and suggestions. Very helpful, and got me out of there really quick considering the last minute appointment. Would recommend!

While waiting for the order to be completed, I got an e-mail that my car's systems had been checked and everything was good--including my wipers. Just by looking, a person could tell that wasn't true, as one of my wiper blades was shredded from a trip the day before. I mentioned it to the technician, telling him that I had lost confidence in the store because of that; it seemed to me like he hadn't even looked. He just said, "I got you." No apology or offer to actually do the inspection. The store manager was standing right there--I looked at him and he didn't say anything. Why would I trust you now? Then 24 hours later, the "low tire pressure" indicator came on while I was driving on my brand new, freshly installed tires.

The front desk rep was very transparent about this issue with my car and why some repairs could not get done. I respect the honesty and thoroughness of their team's work, including pictures of parts that need replacing. If I were to put it on a scale of 1-10, I'd say 9 only because I was hoping to get all the work done the day of, but, despite that, the service was impeccable and I got what I came for still.

I was treated very well and the man behind the counter was so polite and explained what needed to be done. He gave me advised and recommended which tires were best for my car. I wish I knew his name. I don't have my receipt to look him up.

I made an online appointment for a battery check, using a coupon for free battery check and replacement if necessary. The bill ran over $1,000 because the alternator also needed replacement (supposedly).When I got the bill, however, aside from the repair cost, I also was charged a $59.99 fee for a comprehensive car inspection that I did not ask for and that seemed to be designed to just find more ways to charge me. When I called the office, I was told that that is always being done. Having been a customer for many years, I know that’s not true. In fact, I had NOT used another coupon for a $10 car inspection when making the appointment for exactly that reason: I just wanted the battery to be checked. Dubious business practices at least …Update: The manager called me back and gave me a refund on some of the amount. That’s a positive from a customer service perspective.

If I could give this place a zero, I would have, but the lowest option I could give is a 1. I will never ever come here again and I will tell people not to go here. I am a single mother who just brought her car in because I needed new headlights. Over 2 hours later, they call me over and tell me that it’s going to be almost $400 to change my headlights! My mouth dropped. They said that it was going to take over an hour, each side, to change my lightbulbs. I asked if I could just purchase the bulbs and take it somewhere else. They didn’t even let me do that. So I went somewhere else and bought them. Then, with me NEVER working on a car a day in m life, pulled up a YouTube video on how to change them. I did it myself and it took me MAYBE 5 minutes per side to change. Do NOT go here. They will milk you for all the money you have. I am appalled.

Daughters tires had 7000 miles on them and no warranty was given. As soon as I walked in the door I had the guy that finally came out to see if he could help me, started complaining about not being able to locate the keys for her car. They were in the drop box where they said to put them. And the night before when the car was dropped off, nobody came to the counter to help. They said there were several people in the shop looking at them and nobody came to give assistance. So the keys were put in the drop box. I have bought my last 3 or 4 sets of tires from tires plus. But no longer. If this is the kind of customer care that is givin, I will make sure and tell everyone I know about the care and how well we were taken care of for tires that only had 7000 miles on them. The guy told me three different stories about why no adjustment could or would be made for these tires. Not one was the same reason.

They got me in on a Saturday, quoted me the price I ended up paying, and let me know where they saw some needs, as well as recommended scheduled maintenance.

Pulled up just to get air in 1 tire Dennis was super kind, he checked and aired all of the tires for us. Definitely would go back for that friendly service.

Had a tire shred on me, the worked on getting me a new tire only to find the wheel itself had a crack. The work they had done was over $100 yet since they weren't able to get me going, they said I owed nothing. If I am ever back in this area with car trouble, I know where I'm going.

The staff was friendly, but that's about all I can say for positives. Brought my car in for some front end noise. They looked at it. Told me I'd need new struts, shocks, and a tie rod end. 2 days and about $1200 later, I got the car back and was still experiencing all the symptoms I described. Brought the car back the next day, waited all afternoon (day 3) and they told me part of the brake hardware was missing, and that they fixed it at no charge. Nothing was fixed. A different mechanic diagnosed the issues in a 30 minutes, and couldn't understand how they could have replaced all of those things without noticing the actual issues. I won't be returning.
