“This weekend with all the snow my daughter got her car stuck in the driveway. When they came to tow it there was a tiny glitch that bent something. I can't remember what it is called anyway...the tow company took 100% responsibility on the spot. Whileshe was driving away the tow driver called her to ask her to pull over. He could have blown it off but he did not. This company towed her car, ordered the part and fixed it for free in 2 days. Thank you so much to ALWAYS TOWING AND RECOVERY. More businesses should have this same level of integrity.”

“We were on a cross-country trip and lost a wheel on I-80. After AAA couldn't give us any 90 minutes after calling, we called Holiday. They dispatched Cody promptly. He was very friendly and took great care of our vehicle. After getting us off the road to a mechanic, he went back and found the wheel much further afield than we had been looking. What great service!”

“They have been excellent with customer service and prompt phone calls if anything comes up. I've had my exhaust replaced by them and then I had some belts squealing and they were able to get them replaced (2 different services/appointments) a lot sooner than I anticipated and they're always prompt with telling you exactly what the cost/estimate will be and if there's anything outside of that they'll let you know ahead of time. I will continue to use them for my vehicle and my wife's vehicle fixes.”

Backup to the front of my EV and hooked up, Told him where I wanted to go, and of we went, When we got to my destination, pay with card. Unhooked. Super easy, No Damage to EV that I could tell.
