Employees at this store STEAL packages. An expensive package was dropped off here and never left the store yet somehow disappeared. No effort was made to find the package or reimburse us for the money lost. There are no security cameras. Completely untrustworthy

I sent out a package at 11:30 December 13 to Paulina Iowa….it arrived at 12:27 December 14….talk about GREAT SERVICE……..Mailed. Pkg to Little Rock Dec.4th and it has been sitting in “facility” for 4 days undelivered …..so much for the Postal System….will think lONG and hard before I mail post office AGAIN…worth the drive to Coralville UPS!!! 5 star service…..

They have left a signature required for delivery slip on our door 4 times, first time we signed it but it not checked and left another on the door that we signed as well and put on the door flipped around to make sure they could see that it was signed and then they left two more slips right next to the signed slip! Absolutely retarded, unacceptable!

Very rude, unprofessional, always speaks in offensive language, always pretends not to understand what I am saying… this time I had to cancel my shipment through them because one of the workers was super rude, when I asked him why you’re talking to me in such a way I can send from other places, he told me to go wherever I want… I am assuming because of my non-american accent! I think he was very racist!

I've been to this UPS location many times. Depending on the time of day and staffing, there can be a wait since this is the primary UPS store serving Coralville. On my most recent visit, 31 July 2023, there were probably 10 people waiting in line. The woman working on her own at the counter asked if anyone had sealed returns that already had a label. That saved a lot of time and shortened the line quickly since processing returns goes fast. The store seems clean and well stocked. These smaller UPS stores are challenged by having unpredictable heavy traffic. So customers will need to be patient during those times. There are usually plenty of parking spaces available. UPDATE — I'm increasing the rating from four stars to five stars due to their very prompt and personal reply to my review. Thanks! (1 Aug 2023)

Is this place even open? The website and all store signage says open from 8am-7pm. I came by at 9am and the door was locked. My partner came later in the day, and it was locked then, too.

This place is the epitome of poor customer service. I would recommend driving anywhere to find another UPS Store. After several visits, the straw that broke the camel’s back was when I arrived with plenty of time to scan an Amazon return, but was told they closed before their posted closing time. I know I will never return.

Hate the staffing issues here? You can thank the “boss” that goes months without hiring people, paying people full-time without them actually working there (yes we knew about Leah’a payroll), and also he seems to love docking employees pay for no reason other than just being a real life Mr.Krabs!!Stay far away from here if you want to support a good business

Horrific customer service. Management will not response to many phone calls about an important package that was guaranteed next day delivery, that arrived late. Called to get an adjustment on price because the guaranteed next day delivery did not happen and have never gotten to talk to any manager. Stay away from this store if you have a priority package. They do not care, just want to take your money.

I had 2 returns this afternoon. I have always had fast, friendly, and efficient service here. But not today. When I asked the young man if he would tape up the box to be returned (of an expensive item) before I left the store, he got very snarky with me. "When you go to a barber do you tell them how to cut your hair? When you go to a doctor or dentist do you tell them how to do their work??" I was so shocked at his rudeness, I didn't reply. But yes. I do tell the barber how to cut my hair. I expect to get good service that I am paying for.He concluded with " WE are the prefessionsl shippers here!." Then act like it and show some coutesy to your customers. Packages should be taped and finalized in front of the customer, not simply thrown on a counter with other packages to be dealt with later!

Chloe needs a raise!!! This lady multi tasks like I've never seen. ? I would know as I'm a chronic Amazon Overspender. She triple tasked 10 Amazon returns, PO Box renewal, and an incompletely packaged separate return without batting an eye. I've been to several UPS Stores. Generally I would have been waiting 10-20 min just to get started. Please note this intelligent lady with pleasant demeanor and serious skills!!!

The employees were great. They were efficient and friendly.The hours posted online don't match the updated hours posted on the door, which is frustrating. I updated the online hours for others.I was able to reschedule a few of my appointments on a hectic day, but I did manage to ship the important packages.
