Nelson is the most patient most reserved sales associate I’ve dealt with. He does not bombard you or get pushy. He listens to what you are saying and only acknowledges the things you want without trying to sell you everything in the store. And I know he’s good because I didn’t want to spend money but I DECIDED to spend money ?. Job well done! The store also has a great environmental with great staff. It’s a place you don’t mind waiting for help. Simply amazing!

This used to be my favorite store to visit, but this last time I waited for 15 minutes while the free employees were sitting around talking, as no one would acknowledge that I was there; the dude acted like he was super bummed out he had to do his job and help me. He had another kid with him that seemed to be training and all he did the whole time was attempt to dodge having to do anything. Then finally told me how I could actually do this myself from home, which works most of the time. And that there's another store closer to where I live that can help me if it doesn't work.On another note, this store and company sold me a faulty phone that does not work. I have had 5 or more warranty claims in my first 6 months of ownership and it still does not work. Every single customer service rep has told me the company won't do anything about their faulty, garbage phone that just will not function and I'm out of luck. I'm switching to a different provider as the service also has gotten a lot worse. With random deaf spots and spotty coverage in areas that previously I had full strength. US Cellular has betrayed my trust in them and has convinced me that they are no longer the correct choice.

I stopped in the store at 6pm and waited 35 minutes before being addressed and then when they did come talk to me it wasn’t a welcome but it was we close in 25 minutes. I used to be a DM over a cell phone company and I would have come I glued if one if my reps treated a customer that way. There were three people in the store and three reps and the one middle eastern employee, came out just said just to tell me they close soon. I under short staffing however you do not treat customers like that.

This store management is s horrible. I was warned to go to the Iowa City store for better service but thought I would give them a try. I bought a new phone and brought it home and it would not charge. The phone was "a dud". They replaced the phone but then charged me twice for it. It's been such a headache and hassle to get a refund. Do not use the store and go to Iowa City instead.

Beware. The long hair jerk will leave information out and will screw you over. Took my an hour on the phone with billing to get my account straightened out and get my trade in money.

Parker is the man! I was in a bind when a cellular repair facility caused my phone to completely die. Parker went above and beyond. He immediately found the best options for me, helped me out in any possible way he could. I work in I.T. and consider myself to be very tech savvy. Despite this, he taught me things I had no idea about. He fixed my issue of carrying a separate phone for work and personal. I had no idea 1 phone could have 2 lines and I could send my work line to voice-mail after work.This is the best customer service I have ever received at ANY business. Parker is an extremely valuable asset to US cellular and I will use this location exclusively from now on.

They are lucky I am still using their service after yesterdays dealing with the Coralville office! The kid I dealt with with was fine starting out until it got closer to closing time! I need a new phone and we had questions about our bill. He did try for a while then the tone changed to "Don't you look at your Bill?" For one it is autopay and as a 22-year customer we trusted them and didn't look close ever. He also said,' What do you want free money!" There is no way I can see to talk to the Manager, or I would have, so this is the best way, I guess. I would have given them no stars at all if it wasn't for some of the employees in the past treating us well. If it wasn't for the coverage, they have they would have lost a customer for sure. For a customer-based service to be treated this way and, in my opinion, very unprofessional!

This company is dishonest about everything. We've been with them for 25 years and I think I'm leaving. Offers that aren't real customer service that will lie to you and then pass you off to someone else who will tell you the exact same thing and lie directly to you no thanks. Whatever you do don't let them into your bank account.

I was in the store waiting for 20 minutes to talk with someone about switching over. A employee got done helping another Customer. He then went to a lady who just walked in and started helping her. While I was waiting still. I left will not come back.

Went in to get my phone looked at and they " don't know what is wrong so can't fix it". No help. Outrageous bill and nothing could really be done. We have been with them for at least 20 years

Had me on “ about and hour” waitlist with a text 5 minutes before to let me know they’re ready. 2 hours later and my place in line still hasn’t moved and no text! Will never use this location.

Today we went in to replace a phone and add a line to our plan. After waiting 30-40mins to have our things taken care of. We had James as our sales person. He did a great job helping get the things we needed. Updated the phone and tried to get us out as soon as he could. James did fantastic making sure we were happy and answered any questions before we left. Thank you James!
