Needed the shift manager to make a return. Employee said she was due back in just a minute but ended up waiting about 40min from her arrival. This was her usual to be gone for more then what’s scheduled and completely unacceptable to leave a single employee to pick up her slack. Corporate should actually do something as it’s been happening for years. I feel bad for the employees who show up and perform as expected.
