Vital Signs did a wonderful job on the signs at Big Kel’s Pizza u0026 Wings. They finished ahead of schedule and we’re 25% cheaper than the big Omaha sign company who was 12 weeks out. I had difficulty paying Vital Signs after the sign was completed due to the pandemic for over 6 months. Fast forward to August 2021, we had paid Vital Signs for the Big Kel’s Pizza u0026 Wings sign and everything was fine. One of my other restaurants named Caddy’s Kitchen u0026 Cocktails had a leaky pipe behind our “CADDY’S” sign because the Omaha sign company drilled a screw directly into a water pipe. The pipe has been leaking for 3 years. When I called the Omaha sign company they refused to help me repair it because I used Vital Signs! I called Olivia at Vital Signs and she said they would be happy to help me. Rob (the owner) and his crew came and removed the sign in about an hour and we fixed the pipe the Omaha sign company messed up. They are making some electric upgrades to the sign while it’s down so we can incorporate it into our themed events. In short Vital Signs is the company you want to use for your signage needs!!! Why do more people not know about this place? The bid we received was 2600 less than any where else. This was not my first experience with a sign company. It will be the only one we ever use again. Smooth from beginning to end. Wow!

What an experience. I had my sign done by them. It was installed in december of last year. When you drive down 144 street south after passing industrial the ugliest sign you see out of all the signs of the strip is made by vital signs. I have been contacting them for 6 months now to come and fix it and their answer is always that they are busy and they will get back to me in a week. Of course they don't and i have to call them again to receive the same message. I don't know what else to do. I'm hoping the owners of the company read this. If i take this review down that means the owners did the right thing and fixed the sign. If the review stays that mean they really don't care and i will have to file an official complaint
