Bayliss Park is a beautiful and peaceful park located in downtown Council Bluffs, featuring a lot of mature trees and grassy areas perfect for picnics. Visitors enjoy sitting at picnic tables, watching kids play, and taking walks. The park offers a relaxing escape from the busy world, especially during the Thursday night Market. While there are no restrooms or playground facilities, the park has a lovely water fountain and a Martin birdhouse dedicated to a local caretaker. Although some homeless individuals are present, they are generally friendly and do not ask for money. Overall, Bayliss Park is a great spot for families to spend quality time outdoors.

Set a beautiful place.I took my grandson there and he just loved it , ran around the fountain looks at the fountain , looked at all the flowers and picked up trash , which there wasn't much the park is absolutely beautiful

They hold lots of events here and around that area that are very enjoyable. Nice public space.
