Boost mobile has suspended my account permanently for using my unlimited data for too long. Apparently unlimited is a subjective word now. However the people in the store did all they could to help me, avoid anything boost mobile out outside of the physical location.

They suck I pay for unlimited data and I only get two weeks and then they say you got to buy more data bull crap and I'm not the only person I have heard to complain about it scammers.

The store and a merch in and out of itself is pretty good, but able on the other hand, is a completed utter IDIOT, not only does he have a bad attitude he has absolutely no clue what he's doing, my wife went in for an upgrade and he said putting my number not only on my phone but her new phone, what the hell was that?! I had to fix the problem myself because he sure as hell wouldn't.

Data service is terrible, hotspot taps into your data so don’t use it. After your amount of data is used it is slowed down to the EXTREME where any app you use will not work, wont load, or takes forever to load in and use (social media apps for example)

I would give this store, Angela and Able more stars if I could. I live in Sioux City but their customer service was despicable they were beyond rude! So I had to drive the hour and a half to council bluffs and I’m so happy I did! Angela and Able were so sweet and knowledgeable! Went above and beyond! I will always make this trip just for the great customer service and smiles I received at this store! Thank you guys for all your help! ❤️
