This is my favorite location. The other location in Council Bluffs have horrible customer service.
If you want a boost phone definitely go to this location.

Eh it's ok. I feel like cricket was better at times but I e had boost for about 10 years now and every other month there is a new issue. It's just becoming more of a burden then a convenience.

The guy at the cash register didn't appear really interested in helping me decide which phone was best for my needs. I go in several times each year. Sometimes the sale person is very knowledgeable and friendly and will go the extra mile for me .ll This guy was a cash register baby.sitter.

Went in last month when Boost was down and was told that for our inconvenience we would get a month free. Call today and they state that they can no longer give the free month of service due to Their boss saying no. Thanks boost for lying twice and not following through with wha you tell customers!

Worst customer service ever!!! I was on hold for 1 and a half hours just to get technical help. Then when I finally got someone they of course can't help me and transferred me to another department and I had to wait another 45 minutes. We are now wth Verizon. You definitely get what you pay for.

Josh is the best employee at our local Boost mobile store. We had many issues, went back to the store for help a few times & were lucky enough to be able to always have Josh help us! He is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to & just such a great help to us. Thankyou Josh for a job WELL DONE!
