Maybe you should train your employees to have better customer service instead of copping attitudes when they got to do their job. I’ve been nothing but friendly to you guys and one specific employee always throws a fit when she has to do her job.

Update. Casey's makes NO effort to fix this. The 'contact us' page will not send emails for months now. Pathetic to have go to social media. Came in 5 min early to pick up food. Was gonna buy a snack too but the bigger lady was yelling they were closing in 2 min so hurry up.I go to the food counter & the guy is clearly busy doing his work. I was early anyway but the bigger lady quite literally yelled at me across the store to hurry up & buy something. The smaller lady went back in the kitchen didnt wash her hands & started grabbing all the orders. She spoke politely at least. The big lady continued harrassing me as I walked to the door, asking me to buy something, I said 'no, you're being rude' & she yells louder at me even as I walked out the store. Mind you, I never raised my voice nor instigated anything, she just attacked me from the second I walked in.

I just went in for some gas. I forgot my glasses so I could not see a thing. Plus , I brought in the wrong card. The girl was patient. She actually made me laugh through it. That's good service. Hard to find good workers like that. She's a keeper. Thank you

Shelly the assistant manager is very unprofessional and rude ! I had witnessed her get into an altercation with a young lady that asked for cash back , it was kind of late , only a few of us in line , not a lot ! She was very passive aggressive and rude too her , her customer service is terrible! The young lady came back in and ask for her name and she eventually got it after she threatened the police and called her miserable and told her too leave her store when she already was ! I am suprised she doesn’t report her too HR or cooperate for how she was acting ! She held up the line , left her line because the young lady asked another employee for the manager’s names , she told them “don’t give her their names” and she got hers& I heard it and saw it all ! She recorded her after a while for how she was acting ! So unprofessional

Every time I come to this location, the staff at the front are rude and blunt. Where’s the hospitality? I prefer Kum and Go personally, but I just moved here and this location is on my way to and from work. It’s just disappointing.

Love this Casey's location! Store is always clean, always get a receipt for my business fuel purchases at the pump unlike some of the other locations where I have to stand in line and wait for a receipt. Employees are great!! They are friendly, helpful and actually acknowledge you when you walk in the store. As a regular at this location, I enjoy the silly banter with some of the peeps there. The other locations near by should take notice in this team oriented location and apply it to their own locations.

Paid for a car wash. It would not turn on. No workers outside to assist and the employee inside said that they could not assist and that the employees who run the car wash aren't there to assist. Refused to refund since it did not give me a receipt. She was rude and unhelpful

Amazing service! Got into town late and was starving! Ordered a sausage breakfast pizza and a Hawaiian and then went to pick it up. When I got to the store, even at 1:20am, they were completely slammed with customers. I watched the woman from the kitchen come up front to help her teammate and within no time the store was cleared. Amazing teamwork and dedication to customer service! So amazing, especially in today’s world. My pizzas were top-notch perfect and made to perfection! These two ladies go to prove that a positive attitude, friendly disposition, and openness to teamwork and the greater good is what’s most important. I don’t care where you are in Council Bluffs, Iowa… go to this location for A* award winning service and amazing food!
