Tried coming at night & my car got infested with bugs from those low lights in the front. 😭 Theres either no food or its all burger/sausage i cant stomach that. you have app offers i cant use because employees won't make anything i can eat and they won't honor the cpupon anyway. Waste of time & money, im completely disgusted. They need to fix the door.

Staying overnight in a hotel across I-80 when driving eastward or westward, I always fill-up here first, buy sundries &/or snacks, refresh, but don't buy the pizza. This and previous visits seemed fine, matching my expectations - so far, I can't recall problems arising.

Worst location I have ever experienced. Lucky to get a 1 star. Lazy employees, poor food availability, poor food prep time fulfillment as promised. Bathrooms never have paper towels. RTG refrigerated goods never stocked. This location is just a typical gas station on the side of the interstate specialties are chips and beef jerky.

Cashiers are great but kitchen is lazy and doesn't do their job never have breakfast out in the mornings and it's starting to get frustrating. They need new cooks here

This has station is right next to the land clearing site that I’m on, after 3 uses over 3 days I will not come back. The bathrooms are atrocious and haven’t been cleaned in three days or more. Pop machines are disgusting and the cashiers just wanna sit and talk all day. If you have some self respect for the places you take yourself this isn’t one that will add to it. I’ve gone to most every Casey’s gas station in Lincoln and Omaha, and throughout Nebraska, and this council bluffs one is disgusting

Stock your pump receipt machines. Fed up getting a car wash at this location and going inside to then wait behind 10 people in line because you only have one person working.

Got gas on 10/27/2024 and after driving about 5 miles my check engine light popped on and car started running very rough, barely made it to a friends house who ended up giving me a ride home, have to have car towed to the shop for repairs.
When I called, the lady said "prove it was from our house gas, I haven't had any complaints"

Half of the time the kitchen isn’t even open because lack of staff yet they supposedly have enough help when you apply and get the general message about rejection.

Yalls card readers bug out then act as if it's my fault!!! Blame me over and over for 10 min while my pizza sit on the counter to get cold! Horrible service!!!!

Forced to come in for a receipt, hate that! Put the paper in the machine. Garbage can out front overflowing. Walkway to front door so disgustingly dirty. 4 of the beverage machines were out of order. Stores was a mess and dirty. Bathrooms were CLEAN.

I mean it's a gas station, I like the Casey's brand overall and this one isn't too bad. Wish the fresh blend machines actually gave you fresh stuff that was clean, but other than that everything else was good
