Tried to get some prints printed but their photo machine booth thing doesn’t even work! Very annoyed I wasted time and energy to try and get it to work and they both weren’t working .

Absolutely the worst pharmacy help I have ever witnessed
Put in refill
Was told ready today by 3 pm
Went in at 430pm and not ready
Was told an hour
Told them I would come back tomorrow
Got text my insulin was pending insurance
My insurance has turned this down and I've run it through with a coupon for the last 4 months
Called and couldn't talk to anyone so left msg
I'm nearly out of insulin and this service has to improve
I'd go elsewhere but my other prescription items have to go thru CVS
Worst custo.er service ever

Walked in to pick up prescriptions at 1:27 and the window was closing. Asked if I could please get the prescriptions before they left as I am from out of town and was picking them up for my grandmother. I understand that they get lunch break but it was not 1:30 on my clock or theirs as I looked up on the clock on the wall and the woman was very rude about it and told me It was against company policy to get them for me until they got back... horrible customer service

We were in line at the drive thru at 1:28 and the car before us pulled out at 1:29. We pulled up to the window and they rudely shut the window and locked it. I understand they get a lunch, but we were there before 1:30 and they just didn't care. Worst customer service EVER! I will never use this location again, no excuse to treat people so poorly!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Went to get my meds, was told “sorry I’m too busy to fill, I’m already behind. You have to come back tomorrow” I come back tomorrow, waited in line behind just 1 person. Ladies didn’t even bother to give me a chance, started closing the doors to the pharmacy and said that they were closed for lunch now. No apologizes nothing. Worst service I’ve ever experienced I will never return to CVS after this.

Every time I go through the drive thru it’s always closed. I have kids and I don’t want to have to take them all out of their car seats and bring them inside and wait for 20 minutes with screaming children while we stand in line for the pharmacy. I switched to this pharmacy because I wanted one with a drive thru now I’ll be switching to a different one because I can’t keep going without my medication because they can’t keep their drive thru open.

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever seen. Big mix up with my prescription and I was attempting to explain the problem to the tech. Doctors, insurance, pharmacy, trying to get it ironed out. Tech on the phone was as rude and combative as I have encountered. She hung up on me twice. Very unprofessional and rude behavior. I have pulled my business and would not recommend this business to anyone. I would recommend you vacate your building and let someone who is actually interested in running a business occupy it.

This experience is solely about Samuel...Well, they really need to reprimand pharmacy technician Samuel, as he's a very rude individual. He tried to shoo me and other customers away. He wouldn't use a coupon for my Mounjaro rx, which on the day he helped me, would have saved me $6, but would later save me $66 (it was originally priced at $91 but $25 with manufacture's coupon) with the manufacturer coupon I tried to have Samuel enter for me. He also tried to chase me away from purchasing Januvia, as it too costed $91, but was $5 previously.I don't believe that this is how a pharmacy tech should treat customers. Customers, like myself, go to CVS for our rx medication that is prescribed by our health provider, not for fun. He also didn't look for the other medications that I told him was ready but didn't show up when he did a quick search. But the next few visits, the other pharmacy techs could see my orders and combined my multiple accounts.Other than this, the other pharmacy technicians and pharmacists were kind and helpful, and more importantly, not rude.Please reprimand Samuel for trying to shoo off myself, as well as the other 2 elderly customers who were just trying to pick up their prescription. This location is currently short staffed, doing the best they can. My first visit for RX pickup on 11/18/23 , no drive thru service due to short staffing. Went inside to find a half dozen or more ahead of me. Got a person on the phone who had no time to be helpful or caring. Not off to a good start at all. We were trying to change providers. After reading some of these reviews, it's probably wise to use another provider. Kind of frightening Imo. Wow ! Just wow. Shaking my head. CVS couldn't care less !!!!!! Shame on you CVS ! Run don't walk away from this establishment. I will not spend one cent there. ?
