DICK'S Sporting Goods offers a mixed shopping experience. Employees like Gabby do an excellent job, keeping shelves looking amazing and creating a welcoming atmosphere. The shoe department staff are helpful and friendly, making shopping easier. However, the cashier's attitude was unfriendly, treating customers as inconveniences, which detracts from the overall experience. The store is well-maintained, and some products, like athletic shorts, are priced high, though they may appeal to certain customers. Overall, the store has friendly staff in some areas, but customer service at checkout could be improved.
FedEx accidentally delivered my order, that happened to contain Christmas gifts, to the wrong house. After calling customer service and letting them know what happened, I received my order the next day just in time for Christmas! Speedy and wonderful customer service, thank you!

The staff in the shoe area was phenomenal with helping my son find shoes for soccer. They were very attentive and knowledgeable about finding him the right shoe/shoe size. The help was greatly appreciated! We always go to Dicks for our shoes and are never disappointed.

Council Bluffs store is always going the next step for customers, whether finding the online purchase and getting it out for curbside pick up so we can get to our tournament or taking the time to help find the right socks, shoes or bat!! I know you also give back locally to our youth teams!! Thank you
