Every-time I go in here it’s constantly improving I actually talked to a manager about what they’ve been going thru with staffing turnover.. all things considered much better from when I went even a month ago

Employees and the manager are not professional, and they loudly talk about extremely inappropriate topics (of *exual relationship matters). It was so loud that we could all hear them towards the back of the store on the evening of December 7th, 2024. Upper management may want to see who was working that shift on that day. It was repulsive and disgusting. I will never shop here again.

Today, August 14, 2024. What a disaster of a store, can't get through the aisles, outdoor front is also awful looking. We deserve better in this area of Council Bluffs, Iowa. Just a terrible store

I added some photos of some Clover Valley brand cheddar cheese slices my wife purchased earlier today from the E. Kanesville location in Council Bluffs, IA.I called and spoke with a team member Android them I understand that it happens and I’d just like to know how to go about getting a refund. The lady then says nothing and suddenly I’m on hold for around ten minutes before I am disconnected. Now, I cannot reach anyone in the store via phone. Terrible customer service.

The absolute best Dollar General anywhere, always clean and well stocked. The manager of this store should be acknowledged nationwide for what DG stores should look like.

I always have a good experience and time here. The stores new manager has been a great asset to the store and hope she will stay. The employees are good so far and they have a great team rite now. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. Keep up the great work.... Ok I need to give an updated review as of today 6/13/21... as of today dollar general at this location will be lucky if I spend another dollar of my hard earned money in it. Now they have almost a new crew and can we say RUDE....they all need to rethink their job pick and or go for some customer services classes. When saying all I mean ALL
