There are and have never been wire refunds at any supply house if you order the wrong length or size that's on you to check, that's coming from another customer

Returned a wire over one year ago! Talked with many people to get my refund or return the wire and still nothing! Very disappointing only reason I gave them one star is because it’s the only choice!

Orders a certain part online went to pick it up and they gave me the same part but 5 dollars cheaper version and when I called they proceeded to not care. Either fix your site so you get what you order or stop stealing from people.

Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, prices were higher than expected but being from another state it is some what to be expected. Good place to get those hard needed supplies in a pinch.

stopped out to visit echo to grab some set screw connectors! man oh man was there a cook out! got me a burger brat and a DEW! never felt so appreciated! Donny Keethline was on the grill pumping out burgers and brats! that man was out of breath but still grinding it out for us customers! swear that man is 7 humans running on one lung!
